These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LeadSourcePro website (leadsourcepro.net) and the LeadSourcePro WordPress plugin. By using our website or plugin, you agree to these Terms.

The Plugin

LeadSourcePro is a WordPress plugin provided as-is. The free version is available at no charge and may be used on any number of WordPress installations. Paid plans (Business and Enterprise) are licensed per-site and managed through Freemius.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed annually through Freemius. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from within your WordPress dashboard or Freemius account. Refunds are handled according to the Freemius Terms of Service.

Free Trial

Business and Enterprise plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account will revert to the Free plan. No charges are made without your explicit consent.

Your Data

All lead data captured by the LeadSourcePro plugin is stored in your WordPress database on your hosting server. We do not have access to this data. You are responsible for the security and backup of your WordPress installation and its data.

Limitation of Liability

LeadSourcePro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our plugin or website, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or inaccurate tracking data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the plugin. You agree to use the plugin in compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
